CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

24 hour or less cancellations & reschedules are a 50% charge. No shows & appointments cancelled or rescheduled within an hour of the appointment are a 100% charge.

If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may be unable to accommodate you and it is a full charge. Appointments booked same day/within the 24 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be still be required to pay full price. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

We do not offer refunds on skincare products purchased.

CHILDREN POLICY

Due to safety considerations, limited space, and insurance requirements, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the studio.

PETS

By law we are not allowed to permit any animals inside the salon with the exception of service animals. For more information on what constitutes as a service animal in the state of Florida please click HERE to view Florida Statute 413.08 (d).
