A licensed skin care therapist, herbalist, brow specialist, and sugarista, I’m Jacquie, founder of Cactus jacq. I specialize in sugar hair removal, holistic skin care, brow restoration, and wellness. After spending several years training in the wellness field working in health food stores, spas, a local spiritual shop, and managing a nature park and community garden, I decided to take all of this training and experience to create a unique and holistic approach in all of my services.
I have created a healing environment to nurture all who enter my treatment room, I love offering experiences and take great care in creating this. My individual approach incorporates a variety of techniques to suit your individual needs for that moment. I looks at the whole picture and believe this is the most effective way to approach skin care and that treating things topically is only the beginning. The four pillars of health are very important to me as this is the foundation to lasting inner and outer beauty. All of the products used for service are purposeful, organic, and safe for the delicate integumentary system and with this foundation along with a deep understanding of wellness I aim to create a truly healing and customized experience for everyone.
My training never stops! I have a passion for anatomy and understanding how everything is connected. I spend most of my time studying herbalism, spirituality, gardening, facial anatomy, massage, taking walks in the woods, stopping to smell the flowers, seeing the connection in all things, and perfecting my craft so that I may be of service to my community in a very meaningful way.
